Carissa is a philosophy student at McGill with a passion for all things health and wellness. She started practicing yoga at home in 2020 and has been growing her practice ever since. To her, yoga and mindfulness are essential daily practices both on and off the mat. Her practices focus on self-exploration, and self-trust. They are an invitation to tune into the intuitions of the body, opening our minds and our hearts to the knowledge within.
